Prices Very Reasonable
A t a m eeting of the Htate Board of
Building Commissioners held Tuesday
afternoon it was decided to purchase
the Coleman tract as a site for the new
institute for the feeble minded. T h e
Coleman tract is made up of various
farms and contains about 538 acres,
distributed as follows: James R. C ole
man, 130 acres at $90; Mr*. Z. M iller,
130 acres at $30; C. P. Guard, 40 'acres
at $55; M. P. Dennis. 44 acres at $31;
W illia m H . Himpson, 103 acres at $05,
and the J os.Th iel 85 acre«. T h e price
of this tract is held at about $120 per a.

of an excellent dinner at the Htayton
H otel and the day was ploasautly
passed in recalling incidents of the
past, in which theso men helped make
the early history of Oregon. They are
all men of standing in the com m unities
in whicu they live and have host« of
friends over the state who w ill wish
for them many reunions.
