Redmond Municipal Airport (Roberts Field)
Roberts Field-Redmond Municipal Airport is Central
Oregon’s only commercial airport. Alaska, American, Avelo,
Delta and United offer daily or seasonal flights to Burbank,
Denver, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Phoenix, Salt Lake City,
San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle. (www.flyrdm.com)
Bus service
Two fixed-route bus companies provide daily service to
Portland and Salem. Central Oregon Breeze (www.cobreeze.
com, 541-389-7469) runs from the Redmond Airport to
Portland daily, twice on Fridays, including stops at Portland
International Airport, Union Station and the Gresham MAX
train stop. Greyhound (www.greyhound.com) does not come
to Redmond, but provides daily service from Bend to Salem
via Eugene.
A semi-fixed route bus system will make its debut in
Redmond in 2023, operated by Cascades East Transit. It
connects places not just in Redmond, but the Hub City to
Bend, Sisters, Prineville, and Madras multiple times a day
and on weekdays. Best place to catch the bus is the transit
hub in Redmond, 777 SW Kalama Ave. See schedules at

stops more easily than traditional curbs. Spokesman file

is available for trips within Redmond, with reservations.
