The sandwiches come in two options: open-face/flatbread style or with loaded fries. Ben Miller opened his cart in the current location more than five years ago af- ter catering events in the area. It took the Millers about six months to find one of the last spots at General Duffy’s Waterhole and have since bought a second truck, a beer cart and now run the food out of Duffy’s Annex. “Every year they just keep growing and we’re growing with them,” said Brennan Miller, Ben’s son. Their second truck is located at Van Henion Brewing Company in Bend. Your first order should be: Brennan Miller was split between the tri-tip with marinated onions, mushrooms and red peppers and melted provo- lone or the basil chicken “filly” with pistachio basil pesto and a balsamic glaze drizzle. Fun fact: Fans of That Guy’s Bistro might see recipes in stores soon. They’re currently working on getting packaged meats and some of their sauces, like their habanero or fry sauce, into local supermarkets. “The fry sauce is liquid gold,” Brennan Miller said. Nick Rosenberger/Spokesman Brennan Miller, right, jokes around with his coworker, Nic, at That Guy’s Bistro in Redmond on Aug. 31.
