Annual Movie Night at the Vineyard returns to Terrebonne
BY LENA FELT
The Spokesman
Every year Faith, Hope &
Charity Vineyards hosts several
outdoor movie showings for
adults and kids to enjoy under
the big, starry sky of Central Or-
egon.
This Sunday, the movie of
choice is “Back to the Future,” the
classic sci-fic comedy from 1985.
The movie screens from
7-9 p.m., but Jacki Bailey, the of-
fice manager at Faith, Hope &
Charity Vineyards, suggests peo-
ple arrive early to snag a good
spot on the lawn and order some
food and drinks to enjoy during
the movie.
Outside food and drinks are
not allowed, but there is pizza,
wine by the bottle, beer, popcorn
and candy available for purchase.
“It’s such a beautiful venue,
and to be able to spread out with
your kids on the lawn and enjoy
a movie under the stars, there’s
just something magical about it,”
Bailey said.
This is not only a fami-
ly-friendly event; pets are also
encouraged.
“We’re helping to support the
Humane Society of Central Or-
egon, so guests are allowed to
bring their dogs with them,” Bai-
PET OF THE WEEK

This sweet senior is looking
for a quiet and gentle home
to settle down in. Alex was
brought back to BrightSide as
she prefers adults over chil-
dren.
Alex has been sweet and
quiet here at BrightSide en-
joying attention and head
scratches while purring for all
to hear.
If you are looking for a mel-
low fluff bug, come meet Alex!
accepts monetary donations or
shelter supplies.
“There will also be a represen-
tative from the Humane Society
on site to answer any questions
and talk about what they’re do-
ing,” Bailey said.
The cost of attendance is $20
for adults, $15 for children 3-13
and free for children under
three.

TRUCK OF THE WEEK
Name of truck: Órale! Street Tacos
Location: 652 NW Seventh St., Redmond
Hours: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday;
11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday
Owner: Erika Robles Opened: June 2022 Type of food:
Mexican and American
About the cart: Robles opened her cart on the Otto’s
Landing patio after a customer from a restaurant where she used to work recommended her to
Otto’s Landing owner Nick Olson. She said the space feels “like family,” especially with the support
she’s gotten from the bar and its kid-inclusive, family feel. Robles runs Órale! with the help of her
niece and nephew. The term “órale” is a slang word in Mexican Spanish that Robles roughly trans-
lated to “right on.”
Your first order should be: Robles recommended the quesabirria — a dish that is popular in
Mexico but less known in Mexican-American cuisine. Órale!’s quesabirria is a hit, Robles said.
