Redmond’s downtown ice rink opened last week. The 4,000-square-foot rink is located on Seventh Street
Plaza between Deschutes and Evergreen avenues and will operate seven days a week until the end of March.
The rink is open between 3 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 2 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 to
9 p.m. on Sundays, according to the city of Redmond and Redmond Area Parks and Recreation. Admission
is $1.25 a person, or $5 with rental skates. People can skate for free if they bring their own skates between
10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
