ing resolutions were adopted

alleged eipertB la chiefly actuated by
political malice, la Incompetent, la
arriving at no beneficial resulta and
la clearly a waste of money, and
Whereas, under Chapter 286 of
the General luiwa of Oregon. 1913,

State Insurance Comtnlaalnner shall
at least once each year make a care­
ful and accurate audit of the hooka
ami accounts of each county of the
atats, and
Whereas, the officers whose affairs
are now under Investigation have a l­
ready requested the State Insurance
Commissioner to make official Investi­
gation nf their offices, and
