The affair is in charge of a citizens committee, and three Rood races will be run each day. The committee having the affair in charge is Mayor Jones, James Dougherty and J. F. Hosch, with Dave Miller as official starter. Thirty horses that have been racing on the Oregon circuit at Salem. Eugene.
