the looal need of good roads in Curry county, give the as
surance that w henever the $90,000 bond issue is subm itted
to the voters o f the county it will carry by a la rge m ajority

Northern Carry citizens are taking m uch interest in
th e attem pt to secure a juice extracting plant for th is local
ity, and it is well that they should. It undoubtedly offers
greater opportunities fur developm ent than any other in
dustry that oould be started here. It is the only th in g th at
will ju stify the perm anent and intousive cu ltivation of
hundreds and even thousands of acres of our h ill land.
