Be it remembered that at a regular
term of County Court of the State of
Oregon, for the County of Curry, begun
and held at the court house in Gold
Beach, beginning at the hour o f Ten
o ’clock in the forenoon o f Wednes
day, the 7th day o f July, 1916, that be
ing the time and place provided by law
for the regular convening of said Court
at which were present: Hon. W. A.
Wood, county judge, presiding, Delmar
Colegrove and E. B. Sypber, commis
sioners C. H. Bailey, sheriff, J . R. Stan-
nard, clerk, and J. C. Johnson, District
attorney, when the following proceed
ings were had:
The Clerk is hereby ordered to draw
• warrant op the bridge fund In (avor
of J K Walstrom in the sum of One
Hundred Dollars, sam e to be deducted
from the contraot price paid to B uinlon
Construction Co. for the Cheteo bridge.
The Court proceeds to open the bide
for the reconstruction of the Elk river

In the matter o f the petition of Fred
Caugheil et ai for the eetabhshmement
o f a County road at Gold Beach from a
point in the new road now being built
t>y D. M. Moore to a point on th e river
front as described in said petition;
said petition having been reaii on
two different days of the July term
o f County C o u rt, and no objections or
remonstrance having been made or filed
against the same it to hereby ordered
that James Caugheil, County Surveyor
and A. H. Gauntlett and P. M. Littler
be and are hereby appointed aa a Board
of Viewers to meet July 26, 1915 at Ten
o ’clock A. M. at the initial point of the
said proposed change which is a point
on the wagon road now being construct
ed by D M. Moore on the south aide of
Rogue River about 30 ft. from the most
westerly corner of what is commonly
known as “ Fred Moores’* Salt House
in Township 86 S. of R. 14 West, and
Twp. 8« S. o f R. 15W. W. M, to view I
out and survey said road as described in
said petition, it being understood and
agreed that all expense of said survey
and viewing be borne by the petitioners
as well aa any and all claims or
damages.
