questions of the chattering group about
them.
"May I ask where we are?" the cler­
gyman ventured, when the curiosity of
their rescuers bed been somewhat ap­
peased.

ern part of Ridgeway county," one of
the men replied.
The bride took a step forwaro
"There ain ’t a Sereny Hawkins round
here, la there?" she asked, eagerly.
