day of May, 1921, in the above en­
titled estate, authorizing, empower­

sell all the right, title and interest
of Lorenz Freiainger, Sr., deceased,
in and to Lot Seven (7), Block Three
(3), Clemson Addition, now within
the corporate limits of the City of
Portland, Multnomah County, Ore­
gon, at private sale, for cash, or part
cash and balance secured by mort­
gage on the aforesaid premises, the

2nd, 1921, offer said property for
sale, to the highest bidder for cash, or
part cash and balance secured by
mortgage on said property, subject
to confirmation of the above entitled
