entitled court for the relief demand­
ed in his complaint, to wit: For a
decree of absolute divorce forever
dissolving the bonds of matrimony
heretofore and now existing between
plaintiff and defendant, upon the

period of more than one year last
past, and preceding the date of com­
mencement of thia suit, and for his
costs and disbursements herein.
