Dowler, former well known residents of Lents were in town last Saturday visiting old friends. Mr. and Mrs. Dowler have been touring California and eastern states for the past several months. They are undecided as to whether they will locate in Lents or go farther down town. Louella Smith, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Smith, has fully recovered from her recent attack of smallpox and the quarantine was lifted Tuesday evening. She was the only member of the family to contract the disease, although all were quarantined except Rev. Smith, who remained away dur ing the period.
