missions and institutions and federal departments operating in Oregon
have been prepared and approved by some person in authority in connection
with each function mentioned and aro included in tho form submitted. The
responsibility for the correctness of suchis therefore upon those submitting
the same. For the cooperation and assistance rendered in tho compilation of
this publication the kindest appreciation-is extended.
