J. Pennington, the administratrix of
the above entitled estate, asking that
the following described real property
of said decedent, to-wit: The West
half of the Southwest quarter of Sec
tion ten. Township nineteen South of
Range forty-four E. W. M., together
with thirty-one shares of water in the
Malheur Farmers' Irrigating Ditch
Company, appurtenant to said land,
situate in Malheur County, Oregon, be
subjected to and be sold to pay the in
debtedness of said estate and the ex
penses of administration thereof.
This citation is issued by virtue of an
order of the Hon. B. C. Richardson,
Judge of the above entitled Court, made
and entered on the 22nd day of Decem
ber, 1909, directing the publication here
of once a week for five consecutive weeks
and the first Dublication on the 25th
day of December, 1909, and the last
publication on the 22nd day of January,
1910.
