Lackey for Representative of Malheur County Six of the many reasons why you should elect "Jim" Lackey representative for Malheur County. FIRST. He has been a stock man, fanner and tax payer of this county for forty-two years, and he faces the same problems that confront you Mr. Taxpayer. SECOND. He stands unqualifidely opposed to any increase in the tax burden and will strive to eliminte all unnecessary appropriations. i. V THIRD. He believes in the consolidattion of the various boards and commissions and the abolition of such as may he unnecessary. FOURTH. He stands for and will advocate a severance tax so that all timebr cut fronr the Federal Reserve Forest shall pay a substantial tax. FIFTH.
