The question of finances was discussed and plans made to clear the club debts con tracted during tho "Deat Nampa" campaign, Tuesday evening tho Expression Club met In tho English room under tho guidance of Miss Loo for tho purposa of organizing the Club in concrete form. Tho following of ficers were elected: Presldont, Reba Hood, Vlco pros., Paul Peter son, Sea Myrna Socoy, and Trcas,, Francis Rlcdor. Tho candy sale held by the girls of tho Home Economic Club Tues day noon netted their treasury $5.16. C, A. gavo a fifteen' minute talk Thursday at 3.16 to tho assembled high school. Tho conference will meet In Dolso this year and the main study will be on the subjoct, "The Price of Knowledge," Such speakers as Norman F, Holman and Tracy Strong will address the boys. Friday afternoon Mr. Jones, ad vance agent of tho Ellison-White Chautauqua and Mr, McDonald call ed a special assembly at which a proposition was made by Mr. Jones to the High School concerning the Chautauqua. The High School voted to put the Chautauqua on In its as sembly and by so doing get twenty five per cent of tho gross profits.
