house. Plcrro Is weak and delirious

When ho Is stronger ho hurries to
ono Ilenudry, owner of tho gold
bearing Intnl. Ilenudry ;it married
man refuses to sell tho laud to
Plerro until Plorro premises to give
It! til. In addition, his pretty daughter
Angola.
Later Ilenudry comes to tho cnliln
to complete tho hargnlu. Rose, sous
ing trouble, orders hlmnway. One
day, however, when Roso Is absent,
Pierre tolls Angela her mother Is III
and Informs lior that Ilenudry will
tako lior to Roso. When Koxc re
turns nnd misses her daughter she
