evening. Mr. Barrett, who has been

The Silver Fork Club will meet
with Mrs. 11. O. Plane tomorrow after
noou.
The Nut Club, an organisation
among the young boys, gave a very
enjoyable dancing party at the Moore
hall Friday evening. A number of
couples enjoyed dancing until a late
hour.

A Jolly affair is being planned by
the Oregon Club for Friday evening,
Pec 3rd. A good old fashioned bas
ket social will be held aud the pro
ceeds will bo used for furniture and
athletic equipment.

the Oregon Club. These parties

home Friday evening. "600" was
played at five tablee. High scores
were made by Mrs. A. K. Tonuiugsen
and Mr. W II Brooke. A delicious
luncheon was served by the hostess.

School rendered a very interesting
program and Mr. Lewtus gave a very
pleasing talk on his travels In the for
eign countries. He gave some fine
descriptions of the warring countries.
At the beginnlug of the war Mr.
Lewtus was a correspondent for the
Taooina Ledger.
