County Judge of Malheur County
Oregon, which sai' order was made
and entered in said cuuse on the .10th
day of March, 1915, nnd directed that

week for six successive weeks in the
Ontario Argus, commencing with the
issue of April 1st, 1915, of said news
paper. First publication of this sum

l.'rs, the holder of Certificates of De
linquency numbered 192 issued on the
20th day of October, 1909, by the Tax
Collector of the County of
Malheur, State of Oregon, for
the amount of Kighteen and 18-1001
Dollars, the same being the amount. I
then due and delinquent for taxes for
the year 1!H)8, together with penalty,
interest and costs thereon upon the
real property assessed to you, of
which you are the owner as appears of
record, situated in said County and
State, and particularly bounded and
described as follows, to-wit:

as above shown together with costs
and accrued interest and in case of
your failure to do so, a decree will be
rendered foreclosing the lien of said
taxes and costs against the land and
premises above named.
