The game began at K o'clock with the girls of Ontario and Nyssa in the field. The ball was in the Ontario territory most of the time and when it panned in to the Nyssa territory it usually landed in the hands of one of Ontario's guards and was quickly worked back to the Ontario goal. The first half ended with the score 10-2 in favor of Ontario. Immediately after the girls first half the boys began their game and played twenty minutes before the girls came back on the fli-or. The first part of the boys game showed the Ontario boys to le better than the Nyssa boys. During the last half of the boys game the team work was very much inferior due to over anxiousness of both teams. The first half ended with a score of 22 to H in favor of Ontario. Following this half the girls played their last half which was largely a re petition of the happenings of their first half. The score at the end of the game was 22-3 for the Ontario girls. All of the Ontario points were made by Kuth Griffin. The second part of the boys game showed more team work on each side, except that Ontario's defensive guard mis-judged the ball several times and played too foreward which allowed ttie Nyssa foreward lo shoot several baskets which could have been prevented. The boys game ended with a score of 40-17 in favor of Ontario. ACCOUNTANTS MAKE REPORT Claim That Some Officers of Counties Arc Short and Others Careless Salem.
