M. Morton, 10 years of age, aelf
oonvloted of raising a check from 50
oenta to 030 and Brunenu Sholtz, ar
rested last October at linker for steal
ing a saddle.
Roberts, Hero and Morton were sen
tenced to the pententlary for from one
to ten years and pardoned for three
years, during which time tbey nra to
report regularly to the sheriff.
Rcholtz got a jail sentence and was
paroled.
