Since writing our editorial on the Old Age Pension Bill we
have received a copy o f the bill. After reading it thoroughly!
we gladly change our attitude towards the bill. From what j

information we had of the bill it did not seem to us to be prac­
tical.
It seemed to us that it would develop into a blanket
proposition and that everyone past the age of («5 years could
