Peter Seltice, Chief of the Copur d'Alenes,by right of lineage and a inemb -r of Chemawa's Class of 1907, quietly par sed away on Thursday evening, Novem ber 18, at his home surrounded by re latives and friends. While here Peter identified himself as a diligent and . un tiring worker for the church as well as the literary advancement, of his fellow -, students, and for the betterment of the young men of his race. Being possessed of a jovial nature,'he svon the admira tion and friendship of all who knew him. After graduating from Chemawa he pursued his studies at Willamette University, but his health prevented his continuing.
