RELAY-RACE OLDSMOBILE.
UU Pea-Sea has an oldsmobile,
For the relay race she's a pearl;
His hope is all in this gas machine,
It keeps his heart in a whirl;
For when he goes for a spin you know,
He'd love to have the auto go.
He tries to steer, while she backs to the rear,
Then he whispers soft and low I ! I '
"Speed away with me, it's Will.
In this merry oldsmobile
Down the road of the race I'd fly."
He'll be bubbling, "O, if I
To the end of the race could steal
And see our boys the message bring;
Rut this is my finish, that I can see,
In this merrY oldsmobile."
