Mr. Gordon and his force of boys are
fixing the lights in the gymnasium so as

The girls went to Salem to do their
Christmas shopping on Tuesday and the
boys took their turn on Wednesday.
Mr. Teabo gave an interesting as well
as instructive lecture on baking last
Monday evening.

Reggie Dowhie, Jasper Grant, Huther

The boys of B and C companies were
detailed to go to the woods and get ever
greens for decorating the dining" room.

to Polk county to get mistletoe for Mrs.

new gymnasium is finished and makes
a better appearance than the rope which
was formerly used as a railing.
Between the first and "second halves
of the basketball.-ga'me last Saturday,
Mr. Ford, a magazine writer, gave a few
interesting remarks to the students
about Hawaii.
Last year's first and second basketball
teams played a fast, snappy game of
basketball last Saturday in the new
gymnasium. The score war 32 to 19 in
favor of the first team.
What's the matter with the basketball
team this year? It is about time you
are arranging your games. The outside
teams have organized and have started
to play already. The season will soon
be over and you will not be organized.
