Mr, A. H. Ford, a noted traveler, lec
turer and magazine writer, visited Che
raawa during tbe week. At present Mr.
Ford is making his home at Honolulu,
Hawaii, and speaks of the islands as the
Paradise of the earth. In all things
connected with Hawaii the gentleman is
exceptionally well informed. He has
circled the globe three times in his travels
and is now on his fourth trip around
old earth. His extensive travels have
enhanced an already bright personality
and made Mr. Kord a most interesting
arid companionable gentleman. We
regret that , his visit at Chemawa was
necessarily so brief.
