Eddie Lynch was fireman last week.
Thos. Case is quarter-master in Michell
Hall.
Lyall Woodley is oiler in the Engine
room.
Commissary supplies are coming in
rapidly.
Two car loads of coal are at the depot
ready for hauling.
The small boysv building is being re
paired and painted,
Henry Wilson and Tom Powers are
working in the kitchen,
Himan Hogan is repairer in the
engineering department.
We have quite a number of new boys
in the engineering department . .
A new 100-horse power boiler has
arrived for the enginering department.
Euward Ainsworth has returned from
Albany where he was employed as steam
" fitter. 1
Elmer Ashue, Gilbert Conner, and
Martin Cooper are painting the new
wagon shed.
Dennis Harnden and Manuel Swanson
washed one of the boilers and it is ready
for use again,
Edward McClellan is painting a new
wagon. His work is equal to that of a
first-class painter,
John Taylor gave the engine room a
general cleaning and has the dynamos,
and engines shining. .
We have good boys on the laundry
detail. The detail changed this week.
We hope the new girls will be as good
as the old ones.
rhos. Flurry, Chas. Walton, Albert
Samuels and Joe Purns are working for
the contractor, who is remodeling the
engineering department.
Mr, Woods i very busy drawing plans
to remodel and renovate the small girls'
home, and old hospital to be useci as
dometic science and sewing rooms.
Tommy Heed and Alex Arquette are
working with Mr. Mudge in the wagon
shop. They are doing repair work and
take a great deal of interest in the

Milton George has finished a five
section screen for Mr. Fickle.
Louis Pellitier made a very neat
deposit box for Mr. Smith's office.
Loriette Tillier and James Smith are
busy finishing oft the roofs of the small
buildings at the Sanitarium.
Milton George and Louia Pellitier
are now buy repairing the steps for the
small houses at the Sanitarium.
Simon Matthews is at; work in the
blacksmith shop making double-trees
and ironing off single-treea, repairing
plows, etc,
Joaquin Meadow -has the first forge
in the blacksmith shop, which goes to
show that he is a faithful workei and
understands his work.
William Major has nuulu a inud
scrapper for the steps of Brewer Hall, so
when you enter the building be sine to
try your shoes on it and test the work,
The following boys are added to the
list of the carpenter detail: .Raymond
Johnson, Roy Clawson, Frank Parotic
vitch, including Alex Lee, who have all
been very busy this week glazing the
skylights for the Sanitarium.
