Chemawa always was up-toTdate,
Our open air sanitorium is only another
evidence of her up-todateness. This idea
is rapidly spreading and soon will be
universally adopted, but Chemawa has
been quietly working along these lines
for years,
OREGON ROSES. In the September
issue of the Ladies' Home Journal will
be found an advertisement, "Hat Pine
made of Real Roses", . The advertise
ment then goes on to sav; "The roses
used are grown in Oregon, famous all
over the world for their heautv and
superiority. Being made out of live
roses there can be no two alike, etc."
Chemawa has the roses, bushels of them;
if we only had the process we'd send our
friends hat pins plunked from Chema
wa's bushes,
