Willie Fried lander is getting to be a
oood wagon-maker and be likes his trade

The sewing room girls have finished
the hickory dresses and are starting on
the gingham dresses.
Jtsse Wilson is now one of the morn
ing painters. He says be likes to work

The carpenters who are repairing the
old barn for a gymnasium are getting

The wagonmakers will soon have an
other wagon ready for the blacksmiths

Philip Moss is fireman on the afternoon
shift this week and is doing fine, aitho'

The blacksmith boys are busy welding
tires for the new wagons which the
wagonmakers are making. D. G.
The carpenters got through putting
the first floor in the ' boys' gymnasium
last week and they are glad. M. C.
Mary McCush made cookies last week
fo the first time and they were fine.
She is getting to be a fine cook. A. D.
George Horne who has been working
on the farm for about a month, has now
gone back into the blacksmith shop.

Miss Skipton got some of her girls
back from the dining hall to help with
the nightgowns to have them finished.
Bessie Chiloquin and Louise Murray
made some delicious biscuits in the
domestic science Tuesday morning.-C. B.
The blacksmith boys take delight in
working in the wagon shop. They will
know everything about wagons when
they finish their trade. T. W.
Eighty heads of cabbage weighing
375 bounds were taken from the garden
near the school house on Monday morn
ing. These cabbages were planted in
November and have made a wonderful
growth considering the time of year.
Some of the heads weigh 10 pounds. The
pupils enjoy the cabbage for dinner on
Tuesday. Radishes and lettuce are plen
tiful and there will soon be a rood crop
of-onions Native American.
