- Ella McCully is progressing nicely in
her sewing, doing some neat hemstitch
ing on towels.
Jane and Ellen Bailey are always on
time, and are very industrious little girls.
Lucy and Annie Sexton and Jennie
England, our little 'Alaska if. girls, are
doing good work in the small-girls' ; sew
ing class; - ' '
Grace Beaver, Martha Miller an Jen
nie, Luke-are Miss ; SkiptonV machine
girls on the morning detail, Alary
Costa and Matilda Gibeau in: the
afternoon, and they all do good work.
They are now filling ah order for eighty
four-button flannel skirts with waists, for
the small' girls. Miss Skipton thinks
every detail is the best, as they are

Dorj Luke is one of the prize "darn
ers" in Miss Skiptons darning class, he
sides jdping very neat hemming.
Katie Holland's darning is . equal to.
weaving and she does her sewing well
too, being one of Miss Skiptori's workers.
