Ehira Bain is getting along fine in

John McCush is getting to be a good

Louisa Herman left on Tuesday for her
liome in Ketchikan Alaska.
Mr. Brewer, has moved his office to
room No. 2 in large boys' home.
Bert Leggett said that he likes to work
in the dairy where he could drink milk.
Mrs. .Mann is the matron in the middle
sized hoys' home in Mrs. Hilb's place.
It is getting very cold now. We hope
it will not he long before it gets warm.
The dressmakers had their party last
I'.i.la y evening, li was enjoyed by all.
Sara!) Pierce is now a floor girl of the
MrBride Hall, and she likes her work.
We are all glad to hear that "ir. Boh
lamler, our former dairyman, is coming
luck.

Alice Williams is having a beautiful
coat made in the tailor shop under the
instruction of Mr. Beck.
The printers get through with their
work on Friday and practice basket-ball
on Saturday forenoon.
The motto in the sixth grade is "Build
ing Character" which we hope will prove
a great help to the class.
The farmers are glad to see their new
barn nearly finished. It will be one of the
best barns in the Indian Service.
Robert Davis made the best speech
last Sunday evening at the joint meet
ing of the Y. W. and Y. M. C A.
Mr. Mann, the blacksmith instructor,
has resigned and left for Washington for
a new field. We sincerely wish him
success.
Nellie Shepard is working in the sew
ing room and she is doing very nicely
with her work. She has made two nice
dresses for herself without any help.
Edwin Lachance is getting to be a
good tailor and when he gets back in
Grande Ilonde he can make good trousers
for himself.
