No sow this winter, but there is plenty
of time yet for "the beautiful" to appear.
Have you failed to keep those good
resolutions? You have had twelve
days for a trial.
We wish to express our thanks for the
many kind words of appreciation we
have received the last few months from
our exchanges. One says, "three cheers
for the American and the boys behind
it." That's enough to make us work with
light hearts and willing hands for a
whole life time.
We noticed only a few inattentive
girls and boys at the chapel last Sun
day evening, but the greater part of the
student body listened to the fine lec
ture and enjoyed it. It always pays to
listen. There is none of us so wise, but
that we can receive much benefit by
closely following the words spoken by
the able men who are sent here by the
Y. M. C. A.
The report of the Honorable Commis
sioner of Indian Affairs for the fiscal
year 1905 has been received. It gives an
outline of Commissioner Leupp's policy
and a review of the last year's work in
the service.
