We then listened to the addresses which
were delivered by the newly elected of
fleers. After the ofttcerrt had all taken
ilieir places we received a challenge for a
joint debate from the Excelsior Society
which was accepted. There being no more
business before the house, we then pro
ceeded with the program which was as
