It was a tired crowd th at landed in
Eugene Sunday, the 22nd, but all with
one opinion, the trip had been a success.
After a couple of weeks of lest, the
maj >rity of met in Portland at the Ore
gon to practice for the concert there.
Beck was delayed in T he Dalles in be
half of his peach interests. Bert Pres
cott was sick and Mike Gross was tied
up in Eugene on account of floods. The

show and sang college songs until eject

should be sure of the concert in Portland
T hanksgiving night. W ith the game in
