Dallas work schedule
has improved service
well, in fact, that the group
decided to meet less often.
Workers in this branch office
work four 10-hour hour days,
taking off either Friday or
Monday. The work days begin
at either 7 a.m. or 7:30 a.m. and
lasts until 6 p.m. The half hour

Day. It was decided that em

Wednesday, Thursday and
Friday or Tuesday, Wednesday
and Thursday. The additional
two hours would be made up by
coming in on a day off to work
for two hours or by giving up
two hours vacation time. In any
event, the decision was made by
an employe committee on the
work site, not by management
fiat.
