th e y e a r on J a n u a ry 19 in pSlem . Mr.
F o rre st S t u a r t gave a review of w h at
h ad tra n sp ire d in th e L egislature
since it sta rte d early in Ja n u a ry . H e
b rough t out th e fact th a t OSEA has
h a d t ^ pm bat false im pressions given
to th e L eg islatu re by a few d issatis
