Director of Publicity for OSEA mag
azine during 1951 is Wheeler English,
member of Willamette Chapter No. 21.

have been extremely sporadic in the
past, with many Chapters not report
ing. In order that our magazine may

formation, each Chapter will be held
directly responsible for, reporting its
activities during 1951. Space will be
alloted to each Chapter. If no news
is received, a statement “no new |® |S|
ported” will appear in the space. The
individual members of each Chapter
will be able to go to their Publicity-
Director with the question WHY?
