D octor’s services for each n o n -su r-
gical illness or in ju ry w hen a regis­
tered bed p atien t in a licensed hos­
pital; pay m en t for doctor’s services
will com m ence w ith the th ird visit
of doctor to th e hospital; the m em ber
pays for th e first tw o visits. M edical
service w hile hospitalized is provided
for each ailm ent for 21 days w hether
or not hospitalization is continuous.
For those m edical conditions re q u ir­
ing continuous hospitalization beyond
21 days, CPS w ill provide an addi­
tional 180 days of doctor’s care com­
m encing w ith th e 22nd day or u ntil
the p atien t is released from the hos­
pital, w hichever event occurs first.
CPS w ill pay for any num ber of
necessary visits your doctor m ay
m ake each day. W hen tW a m H lll is
detained w ith a p atien t in a critical
condition, service is provided for this
additional care. In addition, services
of a specialist or consultant w ill be
