At a recent banquet of the chapter
in the Cascade room of the A lbany
Hotel, we had as guests from Salem,

the state council, Eugene F. Schm idt
from headquarters office, and J. D.
Wilson, director of m em bership. I
The m ain featu re of the program
was presentation of OSEA pins to all
chapter m em bers who had been a
member for six m onths or longer. Cost
of the pins was taken care of by the
chapter.
Mr. R. M. Smith, past president of
our chapter, and now residing in As
toria, was guest speaker.
