Floyd Simon, ferry boat superinten
dent, I reports the Tourist No. 3 is
back on the run. The Tourist No. 3
was recently damaged by a log being
dr^^mthrough thé bottom ;of the ferry
by the propeller and was taken to
Portland for/tœpairs.
Mr. R. M. Smith, our new district

chased a new home along highway 202
overlooking Youngs, Bay. I
I Clarence S. Asher, drawbridge su
perintendent, reports two new traffic
gates have b e e n installed on the
Youngs Bay bridge. They' were both
broken recently by a car which ran
through, breaking both gates and leap
ing the drawspan when the bridge was
H^»g opened.
J. W. Patton, truck driver on Roy

wife is home again after undergoing
a major operation.
