Health and Accident Insurance
Although most State emplo^æslabe-
covered under the workmen’s compen

individually’ have personal health and
accident insurance, itMeems' to me that

be materially reduced. ' In this çonnee||

dividually. I am inclined to belieÿe
that any program osLfîbaTOa and acci
dent insurance— that is, off-the-job in-
surance— is the responsibility of, the
individual employee and might prop-
erly be worked out through' a contract
with a fa rrie r quite similar to the ffro-
