accuracy in the selection of personnel.
6. A Nation-wide system of Veteran
Preference Offices should be ggteb-
lished under the Civil Service? Com-

veterans interested in Federal employ-
ment.
7. All a g e n t s and classes - of posi­
tions, except those filled by temporary
or political appointees, should offer
equal employment status

Retention, Development and Promo­
tion of Career Employees.
