good as any survey the Association
could m ake. He moved the m atter be
tabled un til such tim e as action is
deem ed necessary. Motion carried.

Mr. B oldt recom m ended th a t Mr.
W hite appoint a com m ittee to
this 'a n d Mr. W hite appointed Mr.
Cam eron, C hairm an, Mr. Vaughn, Mr.
Boldt and Mr. S tew art on the com­
m ittee.
Mr. W hite asked the Board to con­
firm the appointm ent of the com m it­
tee and to give them pow er to act so
long as the cost did not exceed the
cost of retirem en t system. Mr. O’Neil
m ade a m otion th a t the committee
o p e ra te ’'a t th eir earliest convenience
/and rep o rt back to the president w ith ­
in 60 days and th at the officers of the
Association be em powered to act th ere­
on.
A m ended to say the officers be

some good plans hawe been offered. If
the Association is thinking of leaving

to supplem ent the group insurance
plan, it 'should be given consideration

Mr. Boldt said the people in the fielO
are very dissatisfied w ith OPS as they
have a h ab it of sending out letters to
everyone saying “no” they will not
pay the bills. On an individual basis
they seem to be all
but on the
fam ily plan they are sending letters
saying they will not pay bills. A fter a

w as no need for the Association to
