Mr; Chidsey was not in favor, of
this because he said his district put ouf
three hundred or three hundred fifty
reports' and 'distributed them and the
members did not even read them.
Mr. R. M. Smith called attention to
a misleading statement appearing in the
circular previously printed by the As
sociation. It states in the pamphlet that
the dues are fifty cents a m onth or
a year, plus initiation fee of $1.00
riot applicable to-charter members. Mr.
