resolutions and other business still

early preparation was ' simply to ex
pedite the business insofar âs possible.
Motion was made that the resolutions
be sent i n a s early as possible before
the General Council meeting. Motion
carried.
Mr. Query moved that the setting of
the next annual meeting be discussed
at ,the next Board of Directors meeting.

take what steps are necessary to create
interest, wake up old chapters and to
give various chapters the news of \the

in each district to help him. It might
be advisable for the district director
to have a committee in his district.

Membership Problems Discussed
Mr. Query brought up for considera
tion the possible appointment of a mem
bership committee as a special commit
tee w ith someone to head it who has
membership as his only specific duty,
whose sole responsibility it would be
■ to see that everybody works on the
membership problem. À useful aggres
sive committee is needed.
Mr. W hite said he had been thinking
along that line, but that in reality the
Association has a standing committee
statewide. The district directors are
