Mr. Query moved that the matter

Mr. Morelock asked whether the
membership of the committees must
be restricted to the Board of Directors
or whether the entire membership of
the Association was available. H é was
informed that any member of the A s
sociation can act on a committee

Motion was made that a special con
stitution and by-laws committee be
appointed to take up this matter and
kpress it to fruition. Motion carried.

2; to provide secretary to assist Mr.
Stewart.
Mr., McCoskrie moved that this be
deferred until the next meeting of the
Board o f Directors.
Mr. O ’Neil stated that outside o f
the cushion fund there was in the
budget only the $700 item fo r extra
hèlp or salary advancements.

Resolution to form a standing insuA

Mr. Query moved that the president
of. the O .S .E .A . appoint an insurance
committee and motion carried. M r.
White stated that he had in mind the
appointment of M r. Cameron as chair
man. I t was suggested that President
White recommend to M r. Cameron the
appointment of M r. William F . Leary
as a member o f his committee and Presi
dent W h ite said he w ould do so.

Morelock recommended that the execu
tives o f the Association and the Board
o f Directors prepare the General C o u n
cil business in advance so that resolu
tions m ay be made know n before the
meeting to delegates and directors.
