ployees whose merit rating and
length of service warrant it, be
placed on the top bracket of the
pay scale or on intermediate steps
as their length of service and merit
rating warrant.
Committee recommended that the
above resolution do pass. Committee

Resolution from SIAC Chapter No.
20, November 18, 1947. Committee
passed it out without recommendation
as they failed to contact representative
of the chapter and were undecided
whether increase in pay or return of
price control was desired. A fter dis
cussion, motion was made to table the
resolution. Motion carried.
