Mr. Cameron wished to present a
resolution in this respect but it was
pointed out that it was past deadline
set for introducing resolutions ¿and the
council would have I to vote On it. It
Was suggested that Mr. Cameron read
his resolution which was as follows: I
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Gen­
eral Council instruct the Board of
Directors to provide for a new type
of membership so all State Em­
ployees can participate in the
Group Life Insurance program;
whereby, a fee to cover adminis­
trative cost be paid and insurance
granted any state employee Who
is not a member of the O.S.E.A.
but otherwise qualified.
