There were no resolutions to be pre
sented from- the floor at this time, all'
resolutions having been filed previously
w ith the Association. Motion Was made
and seconded that a deadline for pre
sentation of resolutions be set as four
o’clock the afternoon.of November 22.
Mr. R. M. Smith proposed an amend
ment to the effect that a resolution
could be introduced after such dead
line provided such deadline was waived
•by a two-thirds majority vote of the
Général Council. Amendment to mo
tion carried. Original motion carried,
A short recess was declared to allow
the delegates from various districts to
meet and nominate members of the
Nominating Committee. Meeting re
convened and the following members
were announced as the Nominating
